PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The City of Sebastian is seeking applicants to fill one expired, regular member position on the Planning & Zoning Commission. The new term will expire November 1, 2026.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for planning and reviewing land use decisions within the City. This is a volunteer position. Applicants must have been a City resident one year prior to application and file annual financial disclosure.
If Council fills a regular member position with an alternate member, Council reserves the right to fill the alternate position with the remaining applicants.
This Commission meets on the first and third Thursday of each Month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian.
Applications are available in the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at www.cityofsebastian.org and will be accepted until December 18, 2023.
